My name is Nicole Jones. I am beginning by 3rd year as principal of Jasper Elementary, following 5 years as assistant principal. My personal goal is for JES to be a loving environment where students are excited to be and parents feel safe and comfortable sending them on a daily basis. I want learning to be engaging for all children and I want to see your children grow and develop from year to year, academically and socially. Each and every child is special and important and it means a lot to me for each student to feel this way at Jasper Elementary.
I have been married for 16 years and have 2 beautiful children and 2 precious dogs. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee in 2005 in Early Childhood Education: PK - 4, and my master's degree from Tennessee Tech in 2009 in Instructional Leadership. I am also certified to teach ESL and Exceptional Education. I have taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, and ESL.
