Hello! I’m Erika Sellers, and I’m so excited to be teaching at Jasper Elementary School for another wonderful year. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and graduated from UTC with a Bachelor’s in Music Education, focusing in oboe. Previously I taught K-5 music at Battle Academy for Teaching and Learning for five years. I love teaching music and think the best approach is to have fun and develop an enjoyment of music in young students! In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and my cat. I am so excited for the new school year and to get to teach all of these fantastic students we are so lucky to have here at J.E.S!
